It's time to recall Bob Ferguson

When he first took office as Governor, Ferguson touted fiscal responsibility and bipartisanship. Since then, he has shown his true colors. His administration harms Washingtonians. It's time for a recall!

Here are some of the bad things Bob Ferguson has done as governor:

Governor Ferguson approved huge tax increases.
Governor Ferguson signed gun control legislation (permit to purchase), in clear violation of the Second Amendment.
Governor Ferguson signed legislation giving official recognition to two Islamic holidays, in violation of the First Amendment's prohibition of the establishment of religion.

Ferguson is not a friend of the Constitution or the people of Washington.

How to recall Ferguson

Rebecca Faust filed recall charges against Gov. Bob Ferguson. The recall charnges focus on Ferguson's violations of the First Amendment. If the courts approve the sufficiancy of the recall charges, we will have to collect 965,347+ signatures for the recall to be placed on the ballot.

Case Update

July 9: There was a hearing in Thurston County Superior Court before Judge Skinder. Both an attorney for Gov. Ferguson and I made oral arguments, and the judge asked questions. Unfortunately, the judge ruled that the charges were legally and factually insufficient. He indicated he would sign the proposed order submitted by Ferguson's legal team.
